The hotel is fairly clean and homey. The rooms are cheap and tidy with 2 twin beds and soundproofing. The staff are very good and courteous. The location is favorable and magnificent in a central area, just off restaurants and the mosque. 

The twin room was equipped with a guest bed and had soundproofing, and its ideal location was in close proximity to the local market and just a 10-minute walk from Bin Dawood.

Overall a homey nice budget hotel. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Cheap and neat units available with a single double bed, 5 bedroom, sound proofing. Magnificent and lovely location for Medina, so close to various shops, 

Had facilities needed in my standard triple room, including a private safe, a mini-bar and an electronic key card. Its location was magnificent near to women praying area...

We had the standard twin room and it was cozy. The breakfast was satisfactory, overall food was lovely. Location: the hotel was really close to masjid e Al nabwi, the haram nabawy mosque and various 

The breakfast here is really good, they offer a lot of options to choose from. the rooms are big and not too expensive. the bathroom is clean and has a shower, hairdryers, and big bath towels 🛁.

very slow service at main desk, small sparsley furnished room, one bed was not full size in length, expensive as well.

Bad service old furniture and you should work it up for hotel not to be like a motel

Thank you very much for a perfectly pleasant stay for another two nights. A standard quadruple room with 2 twin beds has the basic facilities you need. - A cozy base for our trip.

Nice breakfast options with a variety to choose from. Easy check-in process and quick check-out, with parking available underground. 🚗

We met fairly friendly and welcoming employees.

Our accommodation was set in a central location next to resturants, the mosque and the market, and Masjid e nabwi. The rooms with a magnificent view were big.

It is close to the Holy Mosque, nice rooms especially for children. Staff is good.

The wi-fi was excellent, the standard twin room was cozy, and the bed was large and comfortable, making our 7-night stay enjoyable.

The hotel was atrocious! No amenities and housekeeping was next to nothing. No clean sheets and towels. The room were not cheap either. The only consolation is - the location is good in relation to the Prophet's mosque. I WILL NOT recommend this hotel and I sure will NOT stay here again in future.

Hotel was close to Haram and the Hotel provided underground parking. The breakfast is good and had variety.

The underground parking is very tight. It takes some skill going into and coming out if you have a SUV. The bathroom is clean but not as clean or its star rating.
